I went to Carr Chevrolet to get my vehicle appraised and look at a vehicle. The sales person I worked with was great and helped me find the vehicle that I wanted to look at. When I went on a test drive I wa look at a vehicle. The sales person I worked with was great and helped me find the vehicle that I wanted to look at. When I went on a test drive I was told my vehicle would be looked at and appraised. This however was not the case. I took the vehicle on a 10-15 min test drive, and spoke with my sales rep about the vehicle I was interested in. All the while I though my vehicle was being looked at, it wasn't. The sales rep said they would email me back, they didn't. Basically in an hour and a half nothing was done right. I will be taking my business else where and makes me question all of their awards. The sales manager contacted me later and asked if I could bring my vehicle back. I said no because they wasted my time. More
