Was told I would have a “free” detail anytime since I bought a $27,000 car that somehow turned into a 35,000 car with a $7,000 trade in. Took it in yesterday before I move out of town and the trunk wasn’ bought a $27,000 car that somehow turned into a 35,000 car with a $7,000 trade in. Took it in yesterday before I move out of town and the trunk wasn’t even opened, under seats weren’t vacuumed, smears and smudges on plastics by carpets, dog hair still in the cracks of the seats, and the engine had dust all over it. And then you dirt xxxxx have the audacity to not take it back the next day. You slime xxxxx convinced me to buy the car when I should have walked out. You are the reason people hate car dealerships and salesmen. Wild of you, asking me about a survey. I was willing to let live but now I’m not sleeping cleaning your incompetent job at 4am so I can ship it. Make sure you show the team and celebrate how you took advantage decent people so you could get your $2,000 commission you greedy lizards. More
