I recently purchased my first Porsche at Porsche Silver Springs and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. It began with an email inquiry that was promptly answered by Martin. After a few phone conversations, I traveled to Silver Springs to test drive a similar model (the car I wanted was still in Germany). The sales process was smooth, comfortable, and Martin’s great communication continued throughout the month as my car was making its way to the US. When it arrived, Martin taught me everything I needed to know about my gorgeous Cayenne e-hybrid, Gen guided me through all the financial processing and presented additional service options (without pressure), and Bruce joined in for some friendly conversation. This group is so fantastic that I’ll likely drive 45 min to Silver Springs to work with their service department when needed, because I’m sure they will be as good as the sales department.
