This is a review about my 24' X5 M60 Service at this dealership around Feb 2024, my SA was Gem. These guys drove 100 miles on my vehicle! But they couldn't diagnose the root cause to twitchy steering at dealership around Feb 2024, my SA was Gem. These guys drove 100 miles on my vehicle! But they couldn't diagnose the root cause to twitchy steering at high speed, kept my car for 2 weeks without meaningful updates. One day I had enough of this non-sense, and after researching Bimmerpost, I came in to tell the Tech to deflate the tires a bit, boom problem solved, they should have paid me for the tip. They kept my car for over 2 weeks, and no form of compensation was ever provided for that 100 miles wear and tire, and gas they put on my brand new car, incompetent Service department at best. More

The problem of this place is the mechanics and the management. I have a feeling that they would select/recommend expensive repairs but pay less attention to the issues which bring the car to the serv management. I have a feeling that they would select/recommend expensive repairs but pay less attention to the issues which bring the car to the service center. everytime to fix something, the problem shall occur shortly after and then new issues come up. I start to suspect this is a tactic they use to keep you there for endless service. More

I have owned nearly a dozen BMW's. The first two new BMW's from BMW of Tenafly and have used BMW Tenafly exclusively for Service. Although I have 3 dealers closer in distance I have fo The first two new BMW's from BMW of Tenafly and have used BMW Tenafly exclusively for Service. Although I have 3 dealers closer in distance I have found Tenafly to have superior service and people. I recently purchased my X5 from Marlend, Caroline and the web team. Truly professional. Lastly thank you Dominick who I have interfaced with the longest. Dominick sells BMW of Tenafly alone with his service and professionalism. Thank you all. More

Went to Tenafly BMW to have a headlight bulb replaced that burned out. They wanted over $350.00 to change the $27.00 bulb. They said they had to take the front bumper off to get to the bulb. I told them that burned out. They wanted over $350.00 to change the $27.00 bulb. They said they had to take the front bumper off to get to the bulb. I told them, which they knew that there’s a access panel in the wheel well to get to the bulb. The adviser said that the only way they change the bulbs to takeoff the bumper and it’s $350 plus the cost of the bulb. I went down the block to the gas station they did it for $50. With out taking off the bumper! I can’t believe they get away with overcharging their customers. I will never, never go there for service or to purchase again! More
