Heather is not only extremely knowledgeable with a pleasant personality to match, but it was her patience with us during the entire buying process that made her exceptional! Buying a new vehicle can be a very stressful experience, as they are a very costly investment, and you want to leave the dealership with no reservations about your purchase. The worst scenario is feeling like you have been "pushed" into buying or get a generally uncomfortable feeling about the salesperson. We never felt the least bit of either of the above with Heather!
