Nick is most knowledgeable about the vehicles. He got me In the one perfect for me (I thought I need a bigger vehicle). I haven’t found a sales person that knew anything about their cars in years!! He was p In the one perfect for me (I thought I need a bigger vehicle). I haven’t found a sales person that knew anything about their cars in years!! He was pleasant and professional. A subtle flip chart was on his desk that was from Consumer Reports that reviewed the Subaru cars as well as competing cars (I had considered the Lexus as well as Volvo). I was surprised to find the SUV I wanted rated much higher in all categories of importance. Amazing. No hard sell. The cars sell themselves. With Nick knowing so much as well. Gavin sat with me in the car and reviewed all the bells, whistles, and safety features of the car. He took as much time as I needed. (That has NEVER occurred before). I cannot recommend Lundgren more!!! More
