I recently purchased a used Honda from this dealership and have had a deeply disappointing experience. Despite assurances during the sale that the vehicle was in excellent condition, my trusted mechanic d and have had a deeply disappointing experience. Despite assurances during the sale that the vehicle was in excellent condition, my trusted mechanic discovered multiple issues including transmission codes and a faulty seat module. When I reported these problems, I was met with dismissive responses, including the sales manager claiming my mechanic was "lying." After multiple attempts to resolve these issues, I've experienced poor communication, broken promises, and a concerning lack of accountability. While they eventually agreed to fix the seat module issue, getting them to honor this commitment has been unnecessarily difficult- and not yet resolved I cannot recommend this dealership to anyone valuing transparency, honesty, and customer service. More

Please save yourself time, money and dignity and DO NOT go there. The managers are extremely rude, they lack customer service skills and etiquette. I paid my downpayment and made an appointment which was confirmed but when I came to finish up the paper work, after sitting down and waiting for 45 mnts, I was told the car was already sold. No apologies, no communication, nothing from these people. Even their former employees give them bad reviews. BE AWARE AND STAY AWAY!!! More

They have a distinguished professionalism in the field of vehicles, and their concern is not only selling, but their concern is to satisfy the customer, they advise the customer when buying a vehicle and their prices are reasonable and their offers are great. This was my first experience with them. Within a week of my visit to a Jaffarian I bought the car I wanted at a reasonable price for my income. Within two days, the purchase, registration, insurance procedures, and the car’s ,the inspection took place. I got two keys for the car, and each key had a gift medal from the Jaffarian 2 days I got my new car in home , how that's easy ! The Volvo Service team was attentive and knowledgeable. They accommodated me with a loaner for the morning, kept me updated on pick up and the kicker was the video of the service summary I received on my phone. Awesome! The tech did a great job, BTW. In my years of driving Volvos - and a few Toyotas, I have always found Jaffarians to offer first -class service at every visit. I would and have highly recommended Jaffarian Volvo-Toyota to everyone.
