Everything with the purchase of a truck went well. Steve and Linden were very knowledgeable and everyone was friendly. The finance man worked with us on the down payment and he was wonderful. The only negative thing I have to say is we had to wait for 4 hours. This was f om start to finish. I was not happy to have spent my entire afternoon at the car dealership. The only thing I wasn't really happy with is I asked Gavin if the truck had any scratches or dents. He no it's extremely clean. I found it does have a couple of chips in the paint on the passenger side and a dent. I also found a few deep scratches. I understand it's a used truck but it would've been nice to know about these spots. More
