I found the best car salesman; no joke. Terran became a friend in a matter of hours. I felt honesty. I felt empathy, for two seniors trying to navigate buying a new car, after 11 years. He was concerned with our route home, set up my navigation system to the easiest route. He played traffic cop, in the middle of the side street to help us exit. He listened to what I wanted, found the car suited to my wants and needs. He also got us the best deal. Thank you for a great adventure. More

Bought a car a little over a week ago from Matt. Was very excited about this purchase at first but now finding out that Gavin and Matt have lied to me regarding the condition of the vehicle I purcha Was very excited about this purchase at first but now finding out that Gavin and Matt have lied to me regarding the condition of the vehicle I purchased. Buying a 24 vehicle that is still under manufactures warranty isn’t considered as-is and Hyundai corporate customer service agrees with me on that. Being told numerous times from both of these individuals that repairs were made prior to signing any contracts helped us with moving forward. Now we are told neither of them put in writing and as Gavin said every customer lies to dealerships to get repairs done at the customers fault and dealerships don’t lie. He’s been doing this for over 10 years and has dealt with thousands of these issues of customers lying. What happened in the past is irrelevant to this conversation. The only thing that matters is what is going on between us and multiple times Gavin chose to go the dishonest route when it was never a make it or break it situation. Instead he doubled down. This is why people don’t trust car dealerships and they have a bad reputation. Buyer beware they will sell you, as Matt stated multiple times, a brand new vehicle still under manufactures warranty as-is. My first red flag was within 5 minutes of meeting our sales person he states that he didn’t know Hyundai made a truck. Edit: reviewed my paper and the window sticker. My car was never sold AS-IS. I do not have paperwork or signed any paperwork stating such. After reading more reviews on google with the owner commenting on AS-IS issues with high mileage cars. Matt would have had to inform us, financing would have had us sign paperwork stating such. This would have been stated throughout the whole process to us, read a couple comments below mine. This was never apart of the process. So for Gavin to attack me and falsely claim I was lying to them. Is a gross understatement and poor judgement on his part. When in fact with that simple statement shows who’s lying but as he said over the phone. This is a he said vs he said situation even though the legal paperwork is on my side and the customer is always lying. I highly doubt anyone with Grayson will take accountability for this issue and continue to make it my fault for not doing my own responsibility and researching this particular dealership before purchasing said car. More

If I could give the service center a zero I would! The first incident was a bad battery on a car two years old. They kept my car for three days saying they had to hook it up to show the battery was ba The first incident was a bad battery on a car two years old. They kept my car for three days saying they had to hook it up to show the battery was bad and replace it at no cost. I was forced to pay for a rental for three days. They said I could get reimbursed. I started a case number for it and was told I needed the paperwork to show they had my car and what they did to it for my reimbursement.Bead was very rude and finally said he would email the paperwork. I never received it, not even in my spam. I was told after three days that they hooked up my car, the battery was charging, and I could come get it. The first time I turned off, the car it would not start. I took it to auto zone, they checked it and the battery was bad. I paid for a new battery and the car has started every time. I am going to the dealership in person to try and get my paperwork for reimbursement. The second incident was the check engine light came on with a message on my screen to have it checked. Again this is just a two year old SUV with regular maintenance. Brad was rude again and I was told it would be December before they can check it and provide a car . I was offered an appointment by the girl in the service area.. I told her I would do that if they would guarantee me that they would diagnose it that day. I was told an appointment meant nothing, that it was like taking a number at a DMV. I was not asking for the problem to be corrected, just that they had a diagnosis. My father bought his vehicles there, my children, and myself as well due to the great service on both the sales and service side. We spent five months shopping for a 2025 Subaru Forester at several dealerships across several states. At the time this was a new model so inventory was limited and no dealer had what we wanted in stock. At at several dealerships across several states. At Grayson Larry our salesperson, took a personal interest, was very patient, and kept us informed on what inventory was coming, and let us know he was willing to help with the decision. When we came back to Knoxville to visit Larry was there and helped us select a car that met our needs (not the trim or color that we had originally selected). I usually dread car shopping, but Larry made the process enjoyable and easy! Great work by the entire staff, great experience and we got a fine Subaru! More
