Carlos was very patient and understanding of our needs when purchasing our Aviator. He worked with us for almost a week to find the right vehicle and financing that was to our satisfaction. He answered ph when purchasing our Aviator. He worked with us for almost a week to find the right vehicle and financing that was to our satisfaction. He answered phone calls and text messages without hesitation to make the sale happen. In the end we made the purchase , this would not have happened if Carlos wasn’t involved. This was one of the first times I was treated with honesty and fairness at a dealership . There should be more Managers like Carlos in this industry. More

I went to Coconut Creek Lincoln to look at new vehicles. I walked out purchasing a new car within 2 hours. Marvin Saunders was professional, friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicles. I have bought 3 cars from this dealership and each time has been seamless and easy. Marvin Saunders has been excellent to deal with on 2 of the purchases. He helped us pick the best car for our needs and h has been seamless and easy. Marvin Saunders has been excellent to deal with on 2 of the purchases. He helped us pick the best car for our needs and helped get a great price. He delivered both cars to our home which made it so easy that we didn’t have to spend hours in the showroom or finance office. Everything was completed online and less than an hour later the car was in my driveway. I can’t say enough good things about Marvin and the dealership. I had purchased 3 Lincoln’s from a different dealership and this was so much more simple and pleasant. More
