The service department is poorly ran. I arrived 10 minutes before my 4:45 appointment and was not helped until after 5pm. A customer that arrived 5 minutes after me was taken care of imme I arrived 10 minutes before my 4:45 appointment and was not helped until after 5pm. A customer that arrived 5 minutes after me was taken care of immediately and her vehicle was serviced while mine was not taken back for over 90 minutes after my arrival and did not leave till 7pm this is my third time with bad service at Ferman and will look for another Dealer to handle my warranty for Chevy.....
