Ferman Chevrolet - Tampa in Brandon and Ferman Collision Centers (they blocked me to remove their tag) please tell me what is going on with my truck. It was dropped off at the Collision Center on July 11th Centers (they blocked me to remove their tag) please tell me what is going on with my truck. It was dropped off at the Collision Center on July 11th 2024 for a job I was told would take 1.5-2 months. The truck has gone back and forth between the Collision Center and the dealership for mechanical work. Communication is horrible at best. I can't get a straight answer from anyone as to when my truck will be done or where it stands. The new bed showed up at the end of July and then the day after Christmas I get an email stating the wrong bed was put on my truck. I was told by the Collision manager that the correct bed was there Jan 17th and truck would hopefully be ready by the 24th. Service writer then tells me on the 21st my bed was delivered and they were checking it in. So which is it? I had to call today about 12 times to finally get to talk to someone about my truck. I was told my truck was with the mechanic to make sure nothing else was needed after the bed was completed. I was also told they were going to get started prepping the bed... It's been there over a week and nothing has been done??? They said give them another week and a half and hopefully it will be done. Also, I've tracked my truck all month via the Chevrolet app and it has not moved from the parking lot on Crater Lane. Ferman likes to post all the good reviews they get, let's see you share this one. We are quickly coming up on 7 months that you've had my truck. 7 MONTHS. That's 7 months of making payments, making insurance payments, making Onstar payments, all for a truck I can't even see.....xxx are we doing? I've reached out to WFLA Shannon Behnken to hopefully make this known to the public. This is getting ridiculous. GM Customer Service is proving to be about as helpful as an ice scraper in Miami. I would not recommend this place at all. More

if you want your vehicle returned from a recall service with greasy hand-prints this is the place to go. also you will be able to complete their work by adding more coolant and DEF after because the syste with greasy hand-prints this is the place to go. also you will be able to complete their work by adding more coolant and DEF after because the systems were not properly pressurized. also a great place to get "lip service" from the service personnel...managers included. More

The service department is poorly ran. I arrived 10 minutes before my 4:45 appointment and was not helped until after 5pm. A customer that arrived 5 minutes after me was taken care of imme I arrived 10 minutes before my 4:45 appointment and was not helped until after 5pm. A customer that arrived 5 minutes after me was taken care of immediately and her vehicle was serviced while mine was not taken back for over 90 minutes after my arrival and did not leave till 7pm this is my third time with bad service at Ferman and will look for another Dealer to handle my warranty for Chevy..... More

We've always have had a pleasant experience starting with the purchase of our 2018 Diesel Equinox Premier AWD back in 2017 with the famous "Z"... throughout the years our visits to the Ferman Chevrolet Servi the purchase of our 2018 Diesel Equinox Premier AWD back in 2017 with the famous "Z"... throughout the years our visits to the Ferman Chevrolet Service Department were also handled by professionals "Brian Rabeau" and "Robert Dugan" and since our original warranties have expired it was nice to meet "Dino Demarco" in Fermans Finance Department who was also a pleasure to work with in re-establishing warranty coverages for our vehicle into the future! More

Gary was so helpful with getting my car fix and the warranty that came with it. I learned the early the schedule the less hassle of waiting, Gary is a multi tasker and he was overall a wonderful guy. warranty that came with it. I've been going to Ferman Chevrolet for five years now. My sales person is Gary and he is great! Never pushes anything on you that you don't need at the time.
