Gary Smedstad has been with Niello Acura since 2007, and has been working around Honda and Acura since 1990. The first 15 years of this time was spent as a Technician, but Gary decided he liked working with the customers more than with the cars. Overall, a very good experience. Our salesman, Chris, was very helpful and knowledgeable. We had a few blips and had to return to the dealership a few times, but all turned out well Our salesman, Chris, was very helpful and knowledgeable.
