I spent 8 hours waiting for them to program my TBC. They told me to come in at 9am and they would get me taken care of. I was told it would take about 10 minutes. At 430pm, while waiting in the waiting room all day, I flagged someone down to see what they status of my truck was. They had to call the service writer at home to find my truck and figure out what was going on. They had completely forgotten about my truck. I spent 8 hours of my day and still paid $250 for something that should have taken 15 minutes . I lost 3 clients because I was not able to attend my scheduled appointments. Bottom line. Take your vehicle anywhere but here. You'd be better served driving to any other dealership to get your vehicle serviced. This place needs to be shut down, or the employees need to be trained to treat customers like humans and not inconveniences. More
