Gary Phillips is the best of all the service advisors. Total legend, gentleman, and scholar. When my car was acting up on my way to work, I dreadfully pulled up to the dealership without an appointment. I Total legend, gentleman, and scholar. When my car was acting up on my way to work, I dreadfully pulled up to the dealership without an appointment. I got there 15 minutes before they opened and there was already a long line. He arranged for complimentary transportation to work, and kept me in the loop where I was at in line throughout the day. The service work was covered under warranty and he even arranged for my transportation back to the dealership the same day. He is a huge asset to the company and I greatly appreciate everything he did for me in my time of need. Thank you Gary! More
