I made an appointment to pick up my new vehicle at 5:30. I had to wait for the paperwork to be prepared and then I was handed one BLANK document to sign, my sirius radio was not connected and I never left the dealership until after 8. Most of my concerns about the vehicle were taken care of but I still need to return to have some things taken care of. They are quick to make the sale but are not really ready to take care of the customer. More
