Gary Lange made my purchasing experience horrible. During COVID buying a new diesel truck was almost impossible. My salesman was incredibly nice. The salesman was so frustrated with how I was being treated by Lange; he apologized several times for Langes behavior. When I got home with the truck, I bought my extended warranty with a local dealership. I was so frustrated with Lange's behavior, I was not going to purchase anything more than I had to from Belzer's. More

Poor management and communication to the employees. Drove 250 miles to find out they didn’t have the vehicle they told us that was available.
