I am a proud father of 2 college kids. My son is at the Naval Academy and my daughter at UCIrvine. I also have a beautiful wife of 24 years. I love to hike,(we have done the Grand Canyon several times) and travel with my family whenever possible. I have been with Honda for 19 years and have the Gold Master Elite for 13 of those years, as well as the Individual Top Volume Sales for Honda's Zone 10. As the Fleet Director, I pride myself on following through from the start to the finish. Being at Right Honda for the past 13 years has shown me that taking care of a customer comes back two fold.

I have no problem with the car itself. Its a Honda and ive always been a big fan. My problem is with the dealership and the overpriced 'desert package' they force customers to avail. Included in that package is the film or 'BRA' they install to protect the front of the car. I just found out they only install the hood and fender parts of it. Not the bumper or the front side of the car. I do believe that defeats the purpose of the bra or the protection it is supposed to do. When you leave out the most exposed and prone part of the car to rocks and bugs. I FEEL SHORTCHANGED with something that was shoved down my throat. I paid too much for something that does not protect my car at all! More

Had an issue with our previous lease's brakes below 12000 miles and Right Honda was willing to take back in the Odyssey and convert the lease to a Ridgeline.
