The worst retail experience of my life. The showroom is loud, disorganized and chaotic. You will be passed from employee to employee with long waits in between, until you get to the "cl The showroom is loud, disorganized and chaotic. You will be passed from employee to employee with long waits in between, until you get to the "closer"--a financial manager who uses a combination of hard-sell, bullying and fast-delivery xxxxxxxx to inflate the price you thought you'd pay for the car with an array of expensive and confusing extended warrantees and mysterious "fees", all with Toyota financing that carries a gut-wrenching interest rate, no matter how good. your credit is. You should leave. But you don't. You really want that car, and are too exhausted and dazed to put up a fight. So against your better judgment, you sign the paperwork. You wake up the next morning and realize you've been had. So you decide to cancel those warranties. You have the right to do it! But when you go back to the dealership do get that done, you're treated like garbage. For a transaction that takes minutes, you're made to wait two hours, only to be told that they'll email you the paperwork---later. You wait days. No follow-through until you've texted and left phone messages and wondered if you need to take legal action. Hey, I like my car. Even after extricating it from the tangle of warranties, I still probably paid too much for it, though. But the highest price was the utterly demeaning experience of buying it. Can't cancel that. Stay away from Millennium. More

Gary is terrible and I wouldn't have financed the vehicle without . He acts like your typical mobster when working with him. He's slow to take the paperwork completed. Lease buyout I met with Pat and Gary to discuss my options regarding my leased Toyota Rav 4 on July 6th,2018. I purchased the vehicle based on the excellent recommendations from Pat and Gary. They were very helpful and made the transaction go very well. I have leased cars from Millennium Toyota and have always been very happy with the leasing process. Their service department is terrific. They always explain what was done and they are very helpful. Went in with high skepticism due to the poor reviews and also my weak credit status. But my transaction could not have went any smoother. I received top dollar for my trade and also an excellent deal on my new Jag. These guys KNOW what they're doing believe me. Would most definitely purchase again from them!!! I even won a 50" flat screen in the raffle at the time of my purchase, a perfect finish to this experience. Thanks again guys, you're awesome! More

Lovino, who is the representative of Millennium Toyota, implied that indeed it was a bad d In short, we not only paid too much for a used car, Gary F. Lovino, who is the representative of Millennium Toyota, implied that indeed it was a bad deal, but suggested that it should be a "learning experience" for us. Therefore, he did not only recognize he took advantage of our inexperience, but also insisted that we needed to keep our extended warranties with our deal. If not, he would take all the warranties of the car together. Not only did he threaten us with the removal of the warranties that come with a certified Toyota Vehicle, but also in a bullying manner got into our faces and yelled at us. We know that this experience should not be happening to anybody who does business with you or anybody else. Such a horrible experience!!! More
