I was in for my 90,000 check up on my Highlander. All my service visits have been great with Gary Haines. He has always been honest about what needs to be done or what can wait for service later. He also tries really hard to keep costs down, but will make sure that what you need is what is done for your vehicle and ultimately your safety. On a previous visit he made sure that my husbands truck was fixed correctly. There was a sound that we could not figure out and Gary had me drive with a tech to see if he could identify it. He actually heard it and worked until he found out that one of the bearings was shot on an axel. If not found it could have been much much more expensive and could have left us stranded on the side of the road somewhere. Great service everytime, even though I may not always like the bill. More

The best kind of visit is that which required no effort on my part. We scheduled our appointment over the phone. I appeared at the appointed time. Mr. Haines met me in the service bay, already knew what on my part. We scheduled our appointment over the phone. I appeared at the appointed time. Mr. Haines met me in the service bay, already knew what we needed, and off went our wonderful 4Runner. Later in the day, I received a phone call from Mr. Haines giving me a "heads up" on a single small issue that I will address later, and notice that the truck could be picked up at any time. When I arrived some time later, he remembered who I was, had my billing ready, and my 4Runner was waiting for me, in the service bay, clean as a new penny. Again, no effort on my part and my 4Runner is still running as though it were new. More

The people who took care of my wife's car were very professional, courteous and friendly. Mr. McGee has always been honest with us and would not advise us anything that is not necessary for our car. professional, courteous and friendly. He did actually call me prior to my visit to inform me when he will be gone and made sure somebody would take care of the problem before he left. I've dealt with a lot of different people in the car industry (eg. service or sales) and have had various experiences with these people (positive and negative), so I can say that I can actually sense if an individual is just trying to make money out of us for senseless repair costs. But Mr. McGee is one of the few honest people I've ever met and dealt with. I really believe he is a man of integrity and is a valuable asset of your company. More

Gary was extremely helpful and made sure that all my needs were taken care of. He made sure my service was done quickly, and as inexpensively as possible. Spiral cable replacement (under recall) failed after 10 miles. I returned to the shop and the problem was corrected promptly! I have had trouble with Toyota plugs, too. Thanks! miles.
