Oil changes I buy the oil changes and we bring our 4Runner/Tundra to have them change it. This is the second time that they did not put a sticker on windshield th I buy the oil changes and we bring our 4Runner/Tundra to have them change it. This is the second time that they did not put a sticker on windshield that tells me when I need a change again. It costs me time and money to keep coming back to the dealership to have this corrected, so I am doing it myself. Its not the managers fault, but the one who is changing the oil. More

They've never been pushy on either the sales or services ends of the spectrum. Their advice was always more fitting towards our family vehicle ownership and service needs and not their sales goals. Recently, when my new firm needed approximately 17 vehicles, this dealership and special staff made it happen and a big way, and covered a lot of ground (sales, finance, management) in a short period of time. They located 75% of the vehicles and got them to the dealership, paperwork was ready and accurate, the vehicles were detailed and delivered in less than two weeks.
