My 2024 E350 notified me that I was due for Service A. I called Viti and got an appointment for the service. They offered to pick up my car at home. I chose to drop it off as I would be driving by their l I called Viti and got an appointment for the service. They offered to pick up my car at home. I chose to drop it off as I would be driving by their location on that day. They took my car in and had a loaner car waiting for me. Later on that same day, they called me to say that the service was complete. This time, I accepted their offer to drop my car off at my home. They came at the time they said, swapped cars, and the job was finished. It could not have been more convenient for me. More

The sales team, service team, finance department, and the owners are all great. I have purchased 4 vehicles here in the past 3 years, and I would not go anywhere else. Unbelievably great experience. I was given a great deal on a beautiful used Mercedes GLE350. Like new. Jon my salesperson, and general manager Will and h their other colleagues mad I was given a great deal on a beautiful used Mercedes GLE350. Like new. I have been a customer of Viti for years and I have to say they are clearly the best. I have had cars all over the USA and have been to many MB dealerships for sales and service. The Gray Brothers and th say they are clearly the best. I have had cars all over the USA and have been to many MB dealerships for sales and service.
