I have patroned Audi Lakeland for my automobile needs for at least 3-4 years now. I intentionally bypass other locations specifically because I know that I can trust this team. They diagnosis the problem and at least 3-4 years now. I intentionally bypass other locations specifically because I know that I can trust this team. They diagnosis the problem and give accurate and truthful pricing, while considering ways to keep costs reasonable. I am confident that I will continue to take my vehicle for the care and attention to detail and for the friendly atmosphere. I will continue looking for Gary in parts. He looks out for his customers and remembers his past customers. Associate, Josh is intelligent and a breath of fresh air. I believe he is open and honest in his approach, he is easy to talk to and he's personable. Josh thank you for taking care of my automobile needs today. I feel that I made a friend. Finally, Kyle is so energetic, and he listened to my financing questions. He is direct and to the point and he understands that the customer needs to know that their investment pricing is fair and accurate. He is also very personable, and funny.
