Buying my Rav4 Hybrid and waiting months I had to special order my 2019 xse hybrid because the car I wanted was a rare combination of packages and color. I was told by the dealership it would I had to special order my 2019 xse hybrid because the car I wanted was a rare combination of packages and color. I was told by the dealership it would take 6 to 8 weeks at most. This timeframe goes by and I ask where my car is. I get vague responses so I did research and found that a massive number of hybrids are stuck in port due to a defect in the brake system. Did the dealer tell me that? No, I had to do the research and tell them that. I ended up waiting 4 months for a car with my specs to come in after they waited 3 and a half months with me being polite and patiently waiting. When I finally get sick of waiting and demand results they magically order another one and it gets there in two weeks. I ask to be compensated in some way for having to wait another two months for my vehicle and the hassle it has caused me. They thought it was a big deal to give me floor mats 😂 and they didn't even give me the cargo liner. They also thought it was a big deal that they gave me 1k for my trade in which was what they quoted it for 4 months prior, I'm sorry but did you think the value of a 12 year old car would change in 4 months? When I received the car one of the speakers was broken as well, which wasn't caught in their pre purchase inspection and I've had to go back 2 times just for them to order the part, now I have to wait for it to come in for a 3rd appointment. The first time I came in my salesman said "oh yeah that's not right you'll have to make an appointment with service." I drove an hour round trip to hear that... This dealership has a lot to work on if they want returning customers because as soon as I put money down they stopped treating me like they cared. More

Excellent first experience, great staff Hello Everyone, My name is Juan i came to this dealership as my first choice and it was a great choice i recently joined the military and was coming Hello Everyone, My name is Juan i came to this dealership as my first choice and it was a great choice i recently joined the military and was coming to look for a car for where i was stationed and was immediately helped and guided to my now current Rav 4 I love my new car and highly and i mean highly recommend you go to this dealership, you skip all the arguing and hassle you get with other dealerships because they give you their honest price they can sell the car for so you're not there for hours trying to bring the price down. The staff was amazing Steve (who helped me from the beginning and helped me choose my beautiful car), Sunny who was very helpful in explaining the prices and what i was getting myself into, to Mustafa who helped me understand what the car could bring and add on to if i choose so, to Eddie who finalized all the Paperwork with no trouble. I literally got the car the same day no waiting no problems. this is an honest customer review. I want to again thank everyone who helped me through my first car buying experience and will 100% comeback and recommend everyone i know seeking to buy a car! More

Frank, Gary and Scott were all v I walked into A1 Toyota knowing exactly what car I wanted but did not think I would actually be buying that same day. Frank, Gary and Scott were all very helpful and time efficient with the whole process. I was also offered more than I anticipated with my trade-in. Also being 27 years old and looking younger than my age, I did not feel judged or like I was being taken advantage of - really happy with my new car and the overall service. More

Great Experience Overall I was fortunate to purchase my second TRD pro 4Runner from A-1 Toyota. The first one was purchased out of state and I was ecstatic when I found one l I was fortunate to purchase my second TRD pro 4Runner from A-1 Toyota. The first one was purchased out of state and I was ecstatic when I found one locally. To put it nicely, I am a very difficult customer and extremely particular. Despite this, the staff was overly helpful and Quincy, in particular, was always available for any questions or concerns I had throughout the process. At the end, I received the exact vehicle I wanted with the options and accessories I had hoped for. My OCD request for delivery we’re also met and I appreciate that greatly. More

Honest dealers. They cared about me. I had a negate experience at another local Toyota dealer when I leased from them a few months ago. They overcharged me and didn’t treat me in a way th I had a negate experience at another local Toyota dealer when I leased from them a few months ago. They overcharged me and didn’t treat me in a way that made me feel like I was a valued customer. I went to A1 for help and they made it possible for me to get out of the lease and buy a Rav4 Hybrid that I love. I felt like queen for a day when I bought the car. When I go there for service, they continue to make me feel this way. This is the 3rd car I bought from them and each experience has been excellent. More

Quincy Smith was the salesman I had the pleasure of working with the first time and again with this vehicle. He made my experience enjoyable. His expertise and confidence in the company and it's product assured me I was making the right purchase again. Frank helped me get the best rate and Gary gave me a more than fair deal for my trade. A salesman who listens! I needed a new car because I had been in an accident. I was shopping several Toyota and Honda dealers in my area. After being pushed towards more expe I needed a new car because I had been in an accident. I was shopping several Toyota and Honda dealers in my area. After being pushed towards more expensive models at other dealerships, I finally met John. He listened to what I needed and showed me the car that was right for me - the options I needed at a price I could afford. John made everything easy - from getting me the right model to setting things up for me when I picked it up. I also love A-1’s up-front pricing. It’s so much less stressful and I got the car I wanted at a great price! More

Epic Sales Dept FAIL It is a crying shame the Sales Dept gave such disturbingly poor service to 2 loyal Toyota customers with high credit scores. We would never recommend It is a crying shame the Sales Dept gave such disturbingly poor service to 2 loyal Toyota customers with high credit scores. We would never recommend A-1 Toyota to anyone. In fact, we strongly warn you not to purchase there. They kept us there for over 3 hours waiting for our monthly rate for a vehicle that was nearly $200 over our declared budget, pushing us through the purchasing process for a vehicle we never said we wanted. We honestly started looking for video cameras and joking we must be on the TV show Boiling Points or Punk'd. They say they pride themselves in customer service, and work on salary not commission, but it made no difference as they used the same stereotypical strategies to wear down car dealership customers. I wish there was a way to give them no stars at all in this rating. More
