HONEST AND EXCELLENT SERVICE My 2012 Mustang has always been serviced by this dealer and it has been since 2011 when I bought it new. The technician that did my service this time My 2012 Mustang has always been serviced by this dealer and it has been since 2011 when I bought it new. The technician that did my service this time was Josh and he was absolutely great at his job.He checked everything on my car and found it not needing anything except the service. I also take my friends F-150 to this dealer for service instead of the Ford Dealer she bought it from because the service is better and they do not try to sell things not really needed. Gary Yeomans is a truly honest place to take your Ford. More

2013 Ford Fiesta SE DPS6 Clutch/Transmission Issue I have a 2013 Ford Fiesta SE which had the dreaded DPS6 clutch/transmission issues. A check of the vin found it (Clutch-Transmission) was eligible I have a 2013 Ford Fiesta SE which had the dreaded DPS6 clutch/transmission issues. A check of the vin found it (Clutch-Transmission) was eligible for the Ford replacement / correction program. Paul Thiel accepted the vehicle and put me at ease letting me know that there was a dedicated tech assigned to these issues. I receive constant communication via text AND phone call as to the status of the repair. The repair was completed in a more than timely manner ahead of schedule. The ease of drop off and pick up we’re exceptional. I have to be honest I was dreading the whole process. I cannot speak highly enough of how I treated, reassured, and the repair. The only word that comes to mind is EXCEPTIONAL. More

Another wonderful experience Gary, my service writer was fantastic, quick, efficient, explaining everything for my scheduled service on my 2016 Edge. He is very knowledgeable about the possible problems. The dealership provided me with a loaner car while my car was being repaired, so I had no transportation problems. This person was brought in to "close the deal" and added $5,000 to the price that we thought we had agreed upon with the salesman. He did not tell us his last name or what his position was with t and added $5,000 to the price that we thought we had agreed upon with the salesman. He did not tell us his last name or what his position was with the dealership. It was an insulting experience overall. I do NOT recommend this dealership! More
