So, is this "Bait and Switch"? Seems so, wife had car serviced. When she got done there was an appraisal done on her car. The certificate stated it was worth around 11,500. I thought that seemed a little high, so I called to confirm. I was told that the appraisals are fairly accurate and come in and see what we can do. What a waist of time, once we came in they only wanted to give 8500. They should be ashamed. Mind you, the car is in great shape with new tires. And they saw it when it was getting serviced. Shame on them. More
