First New Car Purchase in a While Due to the fact that I had purchased a new vehicle in a while, I was not looking forward to the hassle however satisfying the result. This time it was for a "fun" car, the BRZ, and there was no hassle involved. Transaction was smooth throughout and dealership stayed on stated schedule for delivery. Only quibble would be that no demo was available, but fortunately I had driven one previously. More

Couldn't ask for more I bought a brand new Subaru Forester and had a factory auto-start put in. I didn't know before the purchase that everytime I used it - it automaticall I bought a brand new Subaru Forester and had a factory auto-start put in. I didn't know before the purchase that everytime I used it - it automatically locks the doors - and opened the door it would shut off the car. Also, rather than have one key, I would have a key and a big fob too. I went to service to ask what we could do to change it. I was talking to one of the service guys. After telling the story, I said I was very unhappy. The boss, Gregg Catandella, came out of his office to where we were talking and said he heard me say I was not happy and he wanted to know why and what about. I explained it to him and he immediately offered to have the factory auto-start removed and an after-market one installed that would do everything I wanted - only restart if I stepped on the brakes, and only the one key. He said it would all be done without any expense to me and gave me a courtesy car the day they did the work. I have never, ever, had an experience like this. I never had to raise my voice. I never had to settle. I never had to be unhappy. I had to pinch myself to make sure I was awake! More
