I’ve been taking my Jeep to cortese since October for a skipping/jumping when i accelerate. They changed out a brake sensor that was around $200 and it didn’t fix the problem. Along with their insane rental car fee, i continued to take it there. They haven’t even came close to figuring out the issue so i took my Jeep to west Herr is Greece. Problem was fixed within a few hours. I NEEDED NEW SPARK PLUGS?????? This has been a very frustrating last 4 months and seriously all i needed was spark plugs. I won’t ever take my Jeep back there. Waste of my time. More
