MY CHEVY SILVERADO So I walk into the service area on a beautiful Saturday afternoon, and ask the service advisor about getting my 2015 Camaro appraised so I could know So I walk into the service area on a beautiful Saturday afternoon, and ask the service advisor about getting my 2015 Camaro appraised so I could know the value of my vehicle, before you know it I'm looking at a 2016 Silverado LT, I was so impressed by the safety futures and technology that is now in the vehicles, and my payment only went up $35 dollars, and I said I was never going to buy a vehicle here again, and Sean Murphy, Gary Woods, and Steven Yglesias made me look at the dealership a positive way, Thanks You to the boys at Sands Chevrolet. Volt Lease into New Volt Lease Sands was the second dealership I communicated with on what to do at the end of my lease and I learned I should have started there. Our first contact Sands was the second dealership I communicated with on what to do at the end of my lease and I learned I should have started there. Our first contact was Garry, who gave us the information we needed to decide to come in over the phone. When we got there we were paired with Joe. Joe was great from the beginning being open, and honest about different things. We were eventually joined by another sales associate who was excited to work with us and help in anyway he could. They were ready and willing to do whatever we needed to make decisions on the car, talking us through the details we needed, two test drives, and pulling up multiple vehicles for us to look at the different options. The dealership was great across the board on easing my concerns with turning in my lease to them and any overages that I might have generated during my first lease. Even when I asked repeatedly, and even came in an extra time just to ask the question again. Side note: I have had great experiences with their service department too. More
