We had scheduled an appointment to come purchase a specific vehicle in stock. My husband had to rearrange his work and take time off, only to receive a text a couple hours before the appointment that specific vehicle in stock. My husband had to rearrange his work and take time off, only to receive a text a couple hours before the appointment that they sold the vehicle. This is completely unacceptable, and the worst experience I have ever had with a dealership. My husband was assured that he could purchase the vehicle, but they lied, then suggested he buy another that is twice as expensive that he has no interest in. I will never buy a car or deal with any Fletcher Jones dealerships, and I strongly recommend to everyone to go somewhere else. More

Garrett is definitely above and beyond kind of brand experience guy (our first and certainly not last Audi). He made sure everything was taken care of before I arrived, and generously offered to pi I flew in from Vegas to get this car after seeing it online.
