Sales and finance is amazing. No shady stuff, straight forward. Bought 3 new and q used vehicle from them. Service needs improvement. Service writers dont keep you updated.. This Dealership is by far the worst Ford dealer to do business with. Tried to charge us an extra $ 20,000.00 for inventory adjustment didn't inform us of charge until they want us to sign for vehicle pa business with. Tried to charge us an extra $ 20,000.00 for inventory adjustment didn't inform us of charge until they want us to sign for vehicle payment. We walked out Sales guys then followed us out and fast talked a sale that you can special order Auto it will be in a couple weeks from now cause we are Ford's big Sale's order team we take priority due to our volume. Total Lies!!!!!! Order vehicle and took 18 Months to get. Then it comes with out all the parts! Was told parts will be in in a week or two another total Lie!!!! Waited two more month's still not in , Called parts said we got part went to get part Oh no we don't have your part! What a bunch of disorganized employee's, They could care less! You would think that if you waited that long on your auto and it came in with out all the parts on it the dealer would be on top of problem ASAP. not these guys they have no customer appreciation at all. This place is the worst I have ever dealt with. Think they would all fail a lie detector test!!!! More

Byron was great to work with for only having a few weeks on the job and will be an asset as he continues to grow in his role and learn more. Had issues with receiving vehicle once sale finalized as damage on the job and will be an asset as he continues to grow in his role and learn more. Had issues with receiving vehicle once sale finalized as damage done to interior. After spending much of the day negotiating and completing paperwork the last item expected is to received a damaged product regardless of what the product or price is. Ownership and accountability is key for any customer experience and could have been improved on without requesting upper management involvement. More
