Very lacking in communication. Ask for a quote on replacing an injector haven't heard a word back. After work was completed I had a check engine light on. Called dealership Garrett Ask for a quote on replacing an injector haven't heard a word back. After work was completed I had a check engine light on. Called dealership Garrett made up some excuses of why he didn't notify me about the check engine light, which indicated injector 8 needed to be replaced. Also asked for a quote on getting my front coils and shocked replaced haven't received any quotes on what needed fixed. More

1 They were not informing at all they told me about three days to do the recall i waited a weak i called them Garrett told me he would check with the technician and let me know he never did call me back i wa days to do the recall i waited a weak i called them Garrett told me he would check with the technician and let me know he never did call me back i waited another week I called back he told me they had ordered the part I called back on the third week he said the part they ordered came in broke they had to order another one I called back the fourth week they said it would be ready on Friday called them back on Friday he had to check with the technician called me back and said my car was ready I got dropped off right after lunch it wasn't my car that was ready it was someone else's car called to get picked back up he said my car would be ready before they closed he never did call me so on Monday I called back down there Garrett said the technician could not figure out the problem More
