I was looking for a new model and they just sold the last new one they had. So, my not pushy salesman Pointed at a K5 GT. It wasn’t all that. I know, everyone like it but me. I wanted something more my style. You know, power with luxury. Then I was shown the K5 EX. Hellooo!! I was sold! I’m very pleased with my beautiful new car! Thank you, Not sleazy salesman Garrett! My experience with Royal Kia especially Garrett, was nothing short of outstanding!. I've purchased over 20 new cars over the last 6-7 years all over the Phoenix area and the process was pretty much the nothing short of outstanding!. I've purchased over 20 new cars over the last 6-7 years all over the Phoenix area and the process was pretty much the same: Long, drawn out spending close to 4 hours (sometimes more) from start to finish. I went out on a limb traveling to Tucson to purchase my new 2022 Soul and boy am I glad I did. Not only did I get the absolute best deal, by 1000's (no joke) I was in and out of the dealership driving home in 70 minutes! No pressure, no xxxxxxxx, no hidden charges, no upsell. Just like buying a new car should be. One thing is 100% for sure. When I'm looking for a new Kia, Royal Kia is my starting and ending point and Garrett is my guy. Thanks Garrett! I will be recommending this place to everyone and anyone interested in a new Kia. No ifs ands or butts about it. If you don't make the drive you both lose money. More

The absolute best in Customer Service! I purchased my Kia Soul in Houston, TX. It was the worst experience I have ever had to deal with. Once I purchased my car they pretty much forgot ab I purchased my Kia Soul in Houston, TX. It was the worst experience I have ever had to deal with. Once I purchased my car they pretty much forgot about me and customer service was zero to none. It was a full blown argument each and every time I visited the dealership once I purchased the car. They sent my new plates out of state, could never find me in the system, going so far as to say I never purchased a car with them. I had to renew the dealer plate 3 times because of the above 2 issues before I contacted the WI DMV myself and had new plates issued. There were issues with the new vehicle that were never addressed and I was given the run around and switched to multiple people several times with each phone call and no satisfactory result. Once I moved to Tucson I found Royal Kia and began using them for the regular maintenance. They addressed the mechanical issues the Houston dealership would not address. They were always quick, to the point and never turned me away or tried to talk their way out of anything. If the car wash was down I was given a free wash at a local vendor. Oil changes and maintenance were taken care of immediately as well as transportation to and from so I could leave the vehicle if necessary. When I decided to purchase another vehicle, Royal Kia was my first choice because they ALWAYS followed through on their promises, they always put customer service first and I could ALWAYS TRUST them. I was not disappointed when I chose them to purchase another vehicle. Since I lived in one state, was a resident of another and was moving to a 3rd state the title work was very confusing. I ended up overpaying to transfer title and plates. However, being the outstanding dealership that Royal Kia is, I was contacted by Toni Bartniki and informed I should be getting a refund! She helped me get the paperwork corrected and through the process. I was delighted when I found out I would have multiple refunds! I am so happy with her service. I would have had no idea I had filled out the paperwork incorrectly or that I had overpaid. The dealership could have kept the whole thing secret and I would have never known. She was instrumental in getting everything corrected and through quickly and properly. Also, the salesman (I think it was Garrett Andreatta) that helped with my new vehicle, gave me free kayak racks as part of the deal. However, upon installation it was discovered they would not fit the vehicle without cross members. Royal Kia purchased and installed the crossmembers and all I had to pay for was a $50 install fee that covered everything. Not only did I recieve a kayak rack but one of the best racks available (Tule) and the cross memebers as well! My ONLY regret is that I now live in another state and will probably not find a dealership as great, as trustworthy and as concientious as Royal Kia. I may have to move back to Tucson just so I can have access to them for my regular maintenance. (Seriously!) More

Incredibly smooth car buying experience! His upfront honesty and professional straightforward approach along with being extremely patient with me in meeting all my needs was a breath of fresh air. Royal Kia is very fortunate to have an individual like River helping their customers find their next cars. Good cars, fair price, good warranty, non-commission staff Garrett, our salesman, knew what he was talking about, was up-front about all the details of the deal, made it easy for me to make my own decisions, a Garrett, our salesman, knew what he was talking about, was up-front about all the details of the deal, made it easy for me to make my own decisions, and seemed to genuinely enjoy the people he worked with (a rare thing nowdays). He was a good salesman without having to resort to the typical trickery that we are all too familiar with. That says something about Garrett and the dealership as a whole. We bought a 2015 Subaru Forester as a replacement to our family van that was unfortunately totalled. After looking around at various dealerships for something that would suit our needs at a price that we could afford, we decided to go with Royal Kia because of the fair prices, the lifetime powertrain warranty, and the professionalism and genuine friendliness of the staff. I've always dreaded being handled by pushy, tricky car salesmen, but at Royal Kia I always felt respected, well informed, and in charge of my own deal. Because the salesman are non-commission, I never felt that typical desperation and annoying pushiness. It was great to be able to take the car we were considering home for a day or two to drive around and get familiar with before making our final decision. We found a couple things that we needed fixed before we bought the car, such as a sticky rear door hydraulic shock. They were more than willing fix up/clean up everything we pointed out. Overall very satisfied. More
