Was PUNISHED for this upon discovering WINDSHIELD busted, & instead of replacing this pre-existing condition, was told bc I already neg price down, they 'COULD NOT FIX'. We all know they absolutely can, it's relatively inexpensive and IN THE INTEREST OF GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE for them to do so. Instead they offered to connect me w/ their windshield ppl for deeply discounted rate after I explained I didn't want to spend $25k & turn around & face $500 repair. Replacement quote from their ppl-$550. TO DATE, THEY REFUSE TO ADDRESS. Was led to believe 'Stop/Start System' was 'unavailable', i.e. 'not equipped' on my vehicle when actually it is, there's just a problem w/ it, and a light indicating it should be serviced, which they refuse to look into. Day after bringing it home, light appeared indicating 'Service Shifter' and the gear control lights meant to indicate what gear it's in did not light up. To date, they refuse to take a look at this. They did agree to replace 2 tires. It has been almost 2 weeks, I've ASKED REPEATEDLY about the status of the tires arriving and scheduling service with no response. This is BASIC CUSTOMER SERVICE & SATISFACTION. More

I called the dealership prior to arriving. I got there and waited maybe 29 minutes at which point I was greeted by Farooq Nazary. Farooq was very helpful and patient. I bought a brand new Jeep renegade there almost 6 years ago. at first it was great, they found me the car I wanted, they got it for me, they helped me finance it, everything was cool. Then I made the mistake of paying it off over a year early. Try getting the extra money I paid for the GAP insurance. I spent January questioning it, received notice saying it would take 30 days. The first of March, I asked again... the check is on its way. The first of April I asked again -- no response at all this time. They owe me several hundred dollars and I want it but I'm not going to get it and I've accepted the fact. This is a lousy place to do business and I will never do it again. Save yourself time and aggravation, don't deal with them. Something as simple as the "lifetime" roadside assistance plan expired last year. I didn't realize my lifetime had ended. Their so called "lifetime" free oil changes turned out to be totally worthless. You make an appointment they say "you don't need an appointment just bring it in" you take it in "do you have an appointment?" Wasn't worth the stress so I ended up taking it somewhere else. I'd rather pay for it than deal with those idiots. And heaven forbid you don't drink coffee you better bring something of your own if you want it. Listen to the reviews run far run fast. More
