I just picked from 3rd car from Ray Catena in Edison. It was a pleasure working with Gareth. It is my 2nd time working with Gareth and he made the whole experience very pleasant and quick. He knew exactl It was a pleasure working with Gareth. It is my 2nd time working with Gareth and he made the whole experience very pleasant and quick. He knew exactly what I wanted and took the extra effort to drive me to the warehouse to show me a few more cars. From seeing the car to taking it home was all done on the same day. He answered all my questions patiently and also help me set up my profile and app and the car completely. Thanks Gareth for your help and service. Way to go! More

I went in to look at pre-owned E350s on November 18. After I waited about 25 minutes for a salesperson, they assigned one to me (Gareth Jannuzzi) as I was literally walking out the door to leave. Gareth was nice enough and fairly knowledgeable when I was at the dealership. While showing me available cars he said he would not lose a sale to another MB dealership. He gave me his business card with his cell phone number highlighted and told me to text him with any questions or comments. I did as he asked; however, his follow-up to my texts were non-existent. Here are the text messages. Text sent Monday November 20 Gareth, Art Simonson here, I was w you Friday looking at the E350s. I am out looking at other options. I did notice on the Ray Catena website that the prices of the two cars we looked at have been lowered and that there is a third E350 listed. I want to make a decision on a car by this Friday. I am out doing apples to apples comparisons. Can you give me your best “0ut the door” prices on those three cars? I also want a spare tire and a third key included in the price. That is not how I would run a luxury car dealership, but you guys have been successful with that strategy. I bought an E350 from Ray Catena in 2012 and the service was impeccable. This time, it leaves a lot to be desired. To me, totally dismissing a former purchaser of your product, is not a business model I would be a proponent of. More

Very painful car buying experience - the process took forever and lots of "double talk" - no transparency in the process.
