So many reasons this transaction went from pleasant to extremely frustrating!! I’ve had my new car almost 3 weeks and still cannot get my second key with key fob, because they lost it, and will not give m extremely frustrating!! I’ve had my new car almost 3 weeks and still cannot get my second key with key fob, because they lost it, and will not give me a clear answer on when I will get the replacement! I left a message 4 days ago for the manager, and they have yet to call me back! More
