They were ok. They never got back to me after i purchased the vehicle. Within 3 days i emailed them to cancel the extended warranty i was sold but didnt need. They acknowledge that they received my cancelation notice but never canceled the extended warranty they sold me even though i asked for a cancelation. Bad business. More

So many reasons this transaction went from pleasant to extremely frustrating!! I’ve had my new car almost 3 weeks and still cannot get my second key with key fob, because they lost it, and will not give m extremely frustrating!!
