I recently purchased a 2017 Porsche 911 991. 2 from wixom and immediately threw a CEL however I purchased without warranty so no argument there. I was provided the title and bill of sale and when 2 from wixom and immediately threw a CEL however I purchased without warranty so no argument there. I was provided the title and bill of sale and when attempting to register the vehicle I was unable due to a lien on the title. I’ve never received a lien release and called the dealership. Gabi told me they sent the only lien release paperwork in to secretary state and had no copies. I initially was told they would email one over in a few hours but unfortunately due to the fact they weren’t named on the title or previous loan that the credit union could only mail it. I was then told by end of business the next day they’d have the lien release and will send to me. I have been contacting them following up everyday and haven’t gotten a response, just that she is with a customer and she will reach out! It’s very frustrating and both mentally and physically exhausting to have to go through this in addition to not being able to drive my car after paying for it. More
