The employees who check you in and out were very thorough and pleasant. Mark, the Shop Foreman, was diligent in diagnosing and repairing two repairs. He even took the time to take a ride with me to "hear the noise". Gabby, my Service Advisor, kept me informed the entire time on the progress of the repairs. Bill, the Asst Parts & Service Manager, was also instrumental in making this process run smoothly. I've purchased three vehicles from this dealership and the service department is a major factor in that decision. Keep up the good work!! More
