Very disappointing experience. I purchased a new Toyota Camry on February 11 from sales consultant Aria and was assisted by Finance Manager Gabriel was told my license plates would I purchased a new Toyota Camry on February 11 from sales consultant Aria and was assisted by Finance Manager Gabriel was told my license plates would be transferred from my trade-in vehicle. No one informed me that I or they needed to remove the plates before I leave. After waiting couple weeks, I had to visit the dealership twice for license plates, drive about 50 miles and take time off work. When I finally received my registration and stickers, they told me they couldn’t find my license plates. They probably lost them or stolen My temporary tag was about to expire, putting me at risk of driving without valid registration. For the $1,150 I paid in processing and tag/title fees, I expected much better communication and professionalism. More
