Horrible service department. Claimed I needed over $6k of repairs for wear and tear items in order to pass state inspection. Waste of time and complete unethical behavior. Brought my Camry in for routine maintenance (130,000 miles). It was suggested to me at my previous visit that The Camry should have a tune-up. Needs Improvement: The pro forma form for the free multipoint inspection of the vehicle was obviously not fully performed. Before bringing the vehicle in, I topped off such items as the windshield washer fluid but according to the multipoint inspection was low. On the other hand the brake fluid was intentionally left down slightly (~25%)) but no fluid was added. Perform the free multipoint inspection or not but if you do, be honest and accurate. More

Always great service, top mechanics! Always great service. Been going to this service provider for over 30 years. They always get it right. In 30 years I only had to bring it back twice. They are not cheap but very close to what you pay else where. The deciding factor is you get your car back that day or you can wait for it if you have the time. More
