Just bought a new 2024 Canyon Denali from this dealership and I just want to say thank you, to Gabriel Cortes and the sale manager for a great experience. I did not have a lot of time and you worked around m and I just want to say thank you, to Gabriel Cortes and the sale manager for a great experience. I did not have a lot of time and you worked around my schedule and Gabriel even delivered the truck on his day off and drove it to New Hampshire were i live to the registry. Also worked with the service manager yesterday to look at a issue and he himself came out to figure it out, that was very professional. I thank this team for it professional nature handling this deal and I will be back. More

Car was totalled and came in and was seen by Scott Dunn. Extremely personable and friendly guy Test drove a truck with him and I was taking it home within a few days. I seldomly take the time to write reviews, but felt I needed to share. My experience from start to finish with Albrecht was flawless! My sales person was Gabe, and he was outstanding to work with f needed to share. My experience from start to finish with Albrecht was flawless! My sales person was Gabe, and he was outstanding to work with from the 1st interaction all the way through delivery! He understood what our needs were, was attentive & responsive, assisted us to locate a Yukon that had everything we wanted for options. Gabe is a true professional who is easy going, honest, and friendly. In addition to Gabe, Brian, Mike, Randy, and Kendra were also superb to interact and work with. They all played a role in assisting us with the trade and purchase. I am very happy I traveled to Wakefield to work with Gabe and the team! More

Had an awful experience here. Viewed a car twice and then put a deposit down. They sold it from under us over the weekend. Apparently it had happened not long before also, so they screwed someone else too. C put a deposit down. They sold it from under us over the weekend. Apparently it had happened not long before also, so they screwed someone else too. Couldn't trust them after the things they were saying and doing weren't lining up. They tried to 'make it up' but didn't actually have much of an offer for us. Very weak effort. Very disappointing experience. We walked away after weeks of waiting to see if they'd help make it right......and they just didn't seem to care to do that. More

My husband and I went to Albrecht Buick on Saturday for the first time and ended up walking away with two new cars! Gabriel Cortes was our salesman and he was amazing! He was knowledgeable and accommodatin the first time and ended up walking away with two new cars! Gabriel Cortes was our salesman and he was amazing! He was knowledgeable and accommodating. He went above and beyond to help us with both cars and we are extremely happy. The rest of the staff were also super friendly and welcoming from the minute we walked in. The whole process was quick easy and fast. I definitely recommend and we'll be back for our next cars! Thanks again! More
