Yesterday I came to Mercedes-Benz of Coral gables and I noticed immediately in the service area how the employees were treating the guests who are dropping off their cars for service with respect and with noticed immediately in the service area how the employees were treating the guests who are dropping off their cars for service with respect and with politeness and with the proper respect that the customers deserve. I then went inside and I went to see Gustavo I sat down and offered me a Coca-Cola and some water. I have known Gustavo for over 20 years I have bought all my cars from him no matter what dealership he was working at. Gustavo is very professional very kind very honest and he tells you everything like it is he's very respectful as well. He heard what I had to say in regards to my concern about my finances and the type of car that I was able to work out with him he did an excellent job and working out with me my finances with the right car and I'm very pleased with his exceptional professionalism when handling this situation. The general manager of Mercedes-Benz of Coral gables Mr Mike Rodriguez helped us out and making sure that everything went very well in the financing department to assure that all the numbers and calculations went well and that there are no problems with anything he was very kind very professional he greeted me with a smile mentioned me by my name and gave me a nice firm handshake. He was also very friendly and help me out with any questions or concerns that I had. The general sales manager Mr. Gabriel Champs he treated me with respect with dignity it's a good afternoon to me mentioned me by my name very professional and asked me if there was anything that he can do for me when Gustavo would not be there he said to let him know he said welcome to the family of Mercedes-Benz of Coral gables and we are happy to have you as our family. He gave us a little tour around the dealership and was very friendly during the tour. We also had a training seminar tutorial on our new Mercedes-Benz C-Class 300 with another gentleman and he was very professional answered all our questions he was very patient and he was very calm and professional with everything he did showed us everything on the car and explained everything in detail like a true professional. I am very happy and proud that I bought this vehicle and I know that with everyone working there my car will be in good hands and everything will be taken care of with professionals and the service given to me as if I was at a Ritz-Carlton a five star five diamond hotel.
