Horrible service ripoff. Tried to upsell five unnecessary services as immediately needed. Tried selling us on 50,000 mile services ( trans flush, injector cleaning, rear differential service and a coolant flush. Our car has 4,000 miles on it and is only 5 months old. Find a better dealership. They are sleazy. More

Even though the car we wanted wasn’t currently on the lot it was ordered and we picked it up the following week. This is our first MDX and Norm was great showing us the trunk configuration and every button in the car .. even how to program the garage door! Top notch service from sales, to finance and the extra parts we ordered. We also loved swapping pet photos!! Highly recommend Naples Acura and Norm! More
