I called about a specific vehicle on the lot in Georgetown before driving down from Fort Worth. I worked with Johnny Bennerson and was given an “out-the-door” price over the phone that I felt was t Georgetown before driving down from Fort Worth. I worked with Johnny Bennerson and was given an “out-the-door” price over the phone that I felt was too good to be true based on the offers I had received from 3 other dealers. I fully expected to be hit with hidden fees or have a “gotcha” moment with this big dealer and walk out. In spite of that, I drove down on a free day to see if they were serious. When I arrived, Johnny had the car pulled up, met me at the door, and handed me the keys. When I got back from the test drive we sat down and started looking through the paperwork. The “gotcha” moment never came. It was a complete straight shot of what I was told on the phone. Everyone was completely honest and easy to deal with. Gabe in finance took all the time to answer my questions and made the buying process easy. Great experience here. More

I reached out to the dealership on a specific vehicle I was inquiring a Bronco Raptor on 4/24 My sales rep was Dakota he was very quick to answer all my questions and I was a determined buyer after speaki was inquiring a Bronco Raptor on 4/24 My sales rep was Dakota he was very quick to answer all my questions and I was a determined buyer after speaking with him and Gabriel regarding financing I drove 3 hours to pick up the vehicle and was overall very happy with my purchase the sales transaction was a smooth process. The problem Im currently having is that I agreed with Gabriel on a ford maintenance warranty plan only. The following day I’m reviewing my paper work to find that over 10K in warranty plans were added to my purchase without my knowledge. I reached out to him the following day and kindly asked to cancel them. He sent me the cancel form and I immediately sent it back. today is 5/16 I have been very patient I have emailed and called several times. My emails have been ignored this is not something I would expect from a Ford dealership. These dealer tactics are dishonest. I cannot recommend this dealership to anyone even my friend who was also interested in purchasing a bronco raptor. I was deceived into purchasing these very overpriced warranties from the dealership and they are still active today 5/16 almost a month later. More
