Best car buying experience I’ve had. Gabe sent a video of my potential purchase, trade in, and payment quotes before I got to the dealership so it was a painless process. Jennifer was very easy to work with! She was prompt, responsive, and made everything simple. Picking out the car and desired options was so easy with her help. Once the car was purchased She was prompt, responsive, and made everything simple. Picking out the car and desired options was so easy with her help. Once the car was purchased, she went even further to help ensure that I was setup with the for the FordPass app and that I knew what all the buttons/features of the car were. I am saavy enough that I could have figured most of that out, but it was really great not having to search through a manual or fiddle with an app on my own. I had everything I could need even before driving off the lot. Gabe Recker in the finance department made everything very easy as well. The paperwork process was clear and easy. Overall this has been my best and esiest car buying experience. More
