Not transparent with their pricing. Tried to charge extra unwanted fees. Sat for over an hour waiting to sign a couple of forms to complete a cash deal. Had to bring vehicle back for a repair a few days later which can happen with a used car, but the service dept didn’t thoroughly look into the code that was there, “fixed” the vehicle only for the problem to recoccur less than 24 hours later. Sloppy experience from a place where I expected to have a nice day buying a car. More

I’ve been going to Antioch over 20 years now, and I’ve had my ups and downs. I can say, if I need a car deal Jeff in sales is the guy and if I need any service Gary is the absolute best.
