I had an HRV coming off lease and wanted to try the Crosstrek. I looked at all spes in comparison and the Crosstrek had more features I needed - height and legroom. I gave him my full name so not sure what more I could have done and got my new car this weekend to a different dealership. It is so simple, follow up and be nice. More
