Horrible experience! Sold us a vehicle they knew was defective! Left us STRANDED an hour and a half away from home! Very, very poor customer service! Expected us to drive their defective vehicle back to their dealership 5-6 hours away after giving us a hard time on returning it! This was 9 hours into the purchase of said vehicle! We knew as consumers the law protects us especially 72 hours within the contract! Joshua was the only person most empathetic, but our sales manager Rene was absolutely a nightmare to deal with! More

This was the second time that I have purchased a new truck from Leif Johnson Ford. Like my first experience seven years ago I am completely satisfied. My sales consultant, Drew Field, was fantastic. As truck from Leif Johnson Ford. Like my first experience seven years ago I am completely satisfied. My sales consultant, Drew Field, was fantastic. As soon as I approached the door he opened it and asked if there was anything he could do for me. I told him I was looking for a new truck and he was immediately on it. We spoke for a few minutes about my needs (type of truck, the capability that I need it to have, color, etc.) and within minutes he had the truck I was looking for ready to go for a test drive. He was very thorough and informative when going over the features of the truck, which I appreciated. Although this truck is similar to my last one there have been some major updates to the driver assistance technology on this thing that I was completely unaware of. While we were waiting for my trade in to be evaluated and financing approval he was very courteous and made a concerted effort to check in on me to see if I needed anything even though I kept leaving his desk to wander around and go outside. Drew had to leave as I was getting ready to go into the finance office and my wife arrived (no big deal at all, he had another obligation to attend to, completely understandable) but he still greeted her warmly, made sure that she was comfortable, and provided his full attention. Drew went out of his way the following day to meet my wife at her office and myself at home because we failed to sign the title to my trade in correctly. We really appreciate him going the literal extra mile for our mistake. The finance manager, John Dearing, was very informative and personable. He made the monotonous task of going over our options as quick and painless as possible and answered all of our questions, even the ones we didn't know we had. Once we finalized the paperwork Grayson Nickel assisted me with getting all of my things out of my old truck and even grabbed a screwdriver, removed the plates, and gave them to me at my request. He helped me setup the FordPass app and helped troubleshoot a couple of issues that I had with the app, there were a couple of curveballs that even he hadn't encountered (mostly due to the truck having been a courtesy vehicle) but we got through it quickly. Every time I have come to the dealership I have received excellent service and professional treatment. The same cannot be said for other dealerships in the area. The next time I need a truck I'll be going back to Leif Johnson. More
