My experience with Bill Jacobs BMW was exceptional. I live a few hours away so getting everything done over email/phone was important and they didn't play any games and there was no funny business. When I got there everything was the same as promised over the phone/email. The original vehicle I planned on purchasing was already sold (not the sales person's fault) it was at the same time as we were closing on a deal for it. But, they made it right and found me a different vehicle (same price and build). It worked out because the color combo when I saw it in person was better for me anyway.
