Very good experience I was looking for a CRV in my budget that was clean and in good condition with reasonably low miles. I test drove a couple different options but the c I was looking for a CRV in my budget that was clean and in good condition with reasonably low miles. I test drove a couple different options but the car at Lia was in the best shape, with lower miles, and was less expensive than another option. Vincent at Lia was also able to offer $500 more for my trade in. I was a bit concerned about the interest rate I was going to be given but when I went back to pick up the car, it was more than a point lower than they originally quoted. I am very happy with my experience! More

Unprofessional Sales Experience I was contacted by Gabby Stockwell in Lia Ram Sales and arranged a Ram 1500 test drive for the following day. She said she would have the truck steri I was contacted by Gabby Stockwell in Lia Ram Sales and arranged a Ram 1500 test drive for the following day. She said she would have the truck sterilized and ready for a test drive at 3 PM. My wife and I drove 30 miles to the dealership and arrived at 3 PM. When we walked into the sales area the receptionist had no knowledge of our appointment with Gabby, and did not offer to get her. The receptionist went into a back office and talked to some people. We were left standing in the showroom for over 15 minutes. A Salesman then came over who had no knowledge of us, or our 3 PM appointment. He then went to some back room for over 10 minutes, and then came back and said there was no Ram 1500 truck sterilized or ready for a test drive!!! He offered to get one ready but it would take a long time. This experience was very unprofessional and a complete waste of mine and my wife's time. Too bad there is no "Very Poor" Rating choice! More
